At By Charley, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our eyewear. Every pair is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. We will prioritize your request to make it right.

  • Notification Window: Please contact us at hello@bycharley.net within 3 days of delivery.

  • Required Info: Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

2. General Return Conditions

To maintain fair pricing and reduce environmental impact from shipping waste, please note the following:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are generally reserved for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Original Condition: All returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, protective films, and cases included.

  • Exclusions: Items on sale, gift cards, and products showing signs of personal wear or tarnished metal are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

  1. Email hello@bycharley.net with your claim.

  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
